News : Entrepreneurship and Business Skill Development training provided to earthquake victim tea farmer of Lalitpur District

With the financial support of Fondation De France, Central Tea Cooperative Federation Ltd (CTCF) Nepal has conducted entrepreneurship and business skill development training on 27-29 September 2016 at Gotikhel VDC in Lalitpur. A 3 days training was conducted in Chunadhunga Organic Tea Producer Cooperative Society Ltd. 32 tea farmer including 11 female were trained on introduction to cottage and small enterprise, method to selection of new enterprise, SWOT analysis of business, cooperative network for developing business, value chain of orthodox tea, marketing, conflict management, risk management, business plan and record keeping system of tea farming. The training program was facilitated by Krishna Prasad Acharya a trainer from Nepal Federation of Saving and Credit Cooperative Union Ltd Nepal (NEFSCUN). Central Tea Cooperative Federation Ltd has been conducting entrepreneurship development, professional tea farming program in Lalitpur and Ramechhap District under "Relief, Recovery and Reconstruction of the Tea Sector in the context of Nepal Earthquake 2015" project.
