Most of the member cooperatives are located in the rural area of Nepal which is the volunteer organization by the tea farmer. Cooperatives are producing and processing high quality tea with the collective effort by mobilizing small funds from their member. Cooperatives are the best alternatives for those people who do not have sufficient capital. It is joint effort of the community level people and shares risk associated in business. The owner and the client both are the member of the cooperative. Cooperative does not make transactions with the non-member. Hence it is the social enterprise with the aim of rural development.
